• Warm compress for abdominal pain, cramps, colic, bloating or generally warming selected areas of the body.

Preparation for use:

• To heat the heating pad, remove the pouch from the cover and heat it in the oven on the bottom shelf at a maximum temperature of 100 °C for up to 5 minutes. Wait at least 4 hours before reheating.
• To cool the heating pad, place the pouch in a hermetically sealed plastic bag, then put it in the refrigerator or oven for a maximum of 2 hours.
