• The SensorSafe buckle is attached to the car seat's seat belt and linked to an app on a smartphone. It prevents situations that could be dangerous for the child - if the seatbelt is undone, if the temperature is inappropriate, if the child is left behind or if the child travels too long.
• When a parent leaves the car and a buckled-up child is still inside, the app will send a notification and, after a certain period of time, remind the driver or selected emergency numbers to take the child out of the car.
• SensorSafe constantly measures the temperature inside the car and warns if the ambient temperature is too high or too low and thus endangers the child's health. This system prevents the child from overheating or cooling down.
• The SensorSafe buckle makes it difficult for children to get out of their seat belts. The system notes when the seatbelt is undone and sends an immediate notification via the app.
